Introduction
Matt and Lisa Hunter are a married couple that lives in Southern California. They have two kids, one in high school and the other in college. Some things they enjoy doing together as a family is going on outdoor adventures, family vacations, and improving their personal health! Now owning three rental properties (the third will be available to rent this fall!) in Lake Havasu City, and the other two next-door properties are situated in Running Spring, which is very close to Lake Arrowhead and Big Bear Lake!

When it comes to Lake Havasu City, Matt is a professional. Being practically raised on Lake Havasu, he knows everything about life on the water. Matt can recall countless memories with friends and family as they spent long hot days on the boat swimming, skiing, wakeboarding, and tubing. Matt’s dream has always been to own his dream home at Lake Havasu. Having spent so much time in the City, Matt is the perfect host for all your vacation needs when you come to visit us!
Something else Matt has fallen in love with is his fitness. Six years ago, Matt started the journey of mastering his physical health when he discovered a lifestyle dieting program called Yoli. Over 40lbs later and pumping some significant weights, he now enjoys sharing his journey of becoming satisfied with his body and encourages others to do the same!
Lisa is our home designing mastermind! Envisioning and executing the beautiful look and feel of both Vista Lago and Deep Creek, we know that you’ll feel right at home when you sit in her perfectly designed rooms. Besides her rental locations, she is the glue of her family that keeps everything together! On top of designing, she runs a household, raises two kids, and owns a fitness business! You could say that together Matt and Lisa are the perfect duos.
The success story you find in Matt and Lisa is fantastic. As high school sweethearts, they could only afford a trashy trailer in Lake Havasu City when they were younger, and now are CEOs of multiple businesses!
Work Ethic
While we want to introduce Matt and Lisa to everyone, we must take it a step further and talk a little bit about their values. On top of family and health, Matt and Lisa carry with them a solid work ethic. Developed in their humble beginnings, this is a value that they teach their kids and employees. Matt and Lisa saved every penny they made as a young couple and eventually made it to where they are now. Matt is the CEO of Frontline Freight, a freighting company that operates in southwest America, and Lisa is the business owner of her health and wellness company! Their story is the American Dream!
